Terms of service
Draft · legal review pending1. What ACoSmate is
ACoSmate is software that reads Amazon Advertising data for accounts you authorise, produces an audit of wasted spend, and, only if you enable it, proposes or applies changes to bids, budgets and negative targeting inside limits you set. It is offered by ACoSmate (the "operator"); the legal entity will be stated here once legal review is complete.
2. Early access
During early access, accounts are created by invitation. Features, limits and prices may change; you will be told by email before a change affects your account. Early-access accounts keep their price for twelve months from the date billing starts.
3. Your account and your Amazon account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the actions of the users you invite. You must have the right to connect each Amazon advertising account you authorise. Access is granted through Login with Amazon and can be revoked by you at any time at Amazon; revoking it ends ACoSmate's ability to read or change anything.
4. Automation and responsibility
Every change ACoSmate applies is bounded by the limits shown in the product (daily and monthly ceilings, maximum bid and budget steps, settle windows) and is either approved by you or enabled by you for a class of actions. You remain responsible for your advertising spend and its results. ACoSmate provides recommendations and tooling, not a guarantee of any advertising outcome.
5. Payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, per account, excluding VAT. You may cancel at any time from the product or by email; nothing is billed after the end of the paid period, and the account returns to the free Audit tier. Refunds for a started period are not owed but may be granted at the operator's discretion.
6. Data
How data is handled is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. Advertising data is used only to serve your account.
7. Availability and changes to the service
ACoSmate is provided as is, with reasonable care and without a guaranteed uptime during early access. The operator may change or discontinue features with notice. If the service is discontinued, you will be given at least 30 days and a full export of your data.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or where the law does not allow limitation.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to consumer rights that apply regardless.
