See the money your Amazon ads are wasting. Then stop it.
ACoSmate reads 95 days of your Sponsored Products data and lists, line by line, the spend that bought nothing: dated, windowed, linked to the exact campaign, target or search term. The audit only reads. Fixing things is a separate decision, made by you, inside limits you can see.
Connect with Login with Amazon, or upload a bulk report. The audit needs no write access to your account.
Five kinds of waste, provable from your own data
Structural waste shows up even on small accounts, and none of it needs a model to find. The ledger is the audit, the onboarding, and the reason to pay in week one.
Spend with zero orders
Counted only after Amazon's attribution window has closed. Fresh clicks that may still convert are never on the list.
Campaigns that never served
Budget set, impressions zero, over the whole history. Silent, easy to miss, free to fix.
Campaigns that cannot serve
Structurally blocked: no eligible ads, no active targets, paused ad groups inside enabled campaigns.
Terms that do not describe your product
Paid clicks from searches you should never have matched, with the exact term and what it cost.
Buy Box lost, ads still running
Spend on ASINs you cannot currently win. The ad pays for a competitor's sale.
Every line states its window and links to the entity in Amazon Ads. Export the ledger as a PDF for a colleague or a client.
Start with an inbox. Open the whole console when you want it.
Same data, same rules, same limits. The mode only changes which pages and controls are visible.
Decisions with a euro figure and a reason
- An inbox: each decision with its impact, the rule behind it, a link to Amazon Ads, and Approve / Skip / Ask why
- Goals in words, turned into a policy you can read before it runs
- Recommend-and-approve by default; automatic per class of action only after that class has earned it on your account
- A weekly note: what changed, what it did, what is still being watched
The console for people who run ads for a living
- Campaign, target and search-term pages with the same evidence the rules see
- Audit queue with undo: claim, decide, reverse. "Undo all of today" is one button
- Rule catalogue with your thresholds, custom rules, bulk operations
- Cost of goods and margin inputs, and a ledger of your account's own holdout results
Limits that are code, not promises
Every automation story ends with a runaway-spend story. These are the mechanisms, in the order they act.
Circuit breaker
Maximum bid change per day, maximum budget change per day, absolute daily and monthly ceilings. A breach pauses the engine and tells you.
Settle windows
Anything that cuts spend reads data ending 14 days ago; increases may read to 3 days ago. Attribution lag never gets to justify a cut.
Evidence grades
A rule cannot act on its own until it has earned it: first in shadow, then on your account's own randomised holdout.
Abstention is an answer
"Still collecting evidence, 38 more clicks needed" instead of a guess. Every rule declares the facts it needs before it may speak.
Reversal path on every action
The reason, the rule, what it changed, how to undo it, and the limit that bounded it are attached to every line.
Competing automation, detected
Another tool changed this entity? You see it before we touch it. Live state is reconciled on every load.
The model explains, ranks and classifies. It never sets a number.
No model ever sets a bid, a budget or a euro amount. Figures come from your data through tools, are checked twice, and carry their source.
When your monthly allowance runs out, the product falls back to plain templated text. Never silence, never a surprise invoice.
Exactly four places where a model is called
- The nightly briefRanks the day's candidates, vetoes with context, explains each in plain words.
- The panelAsk about your account. Answers are grounded in your data and re-checked before you see them.
- ClassifiersDoes this search term describe the product? What did the shopper mean?
- The weekly reviewWhat worked, what did not, and goal-to-policy proposals for you to approve.
Flat price by ad-spend ceiling. Nothing billed after you cancel.

Straight answers
What access does ACoSmate need?
Login with Amazon, per advertiser account, with the Amazon Ads scopes you consent to. The audit needs only read access, and you can revoke it in your Amazon account at any moment. The bulk-report upload works with no access at all.
Does a model change my bids?
No. Bids, budgets and negatives are changed by deterministic code inside limits you can read, only after you approve, or, per class of action, after that class has earned automatic status on your own account.
Which marketplaces and ad types?
Every Amazon marketplace: North America, Europe, the Middle East, India, Japan and Australia. Sponsored Products first; Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display follow on the roadmap.
Where is my data?
On a server we control in the European Union (France). Amazon credentials are encrypted at rest with per-account keys; everything travels over TLS; two-factor authentication is available to every user. Data is kept as Amazon's terms require and deleted on request.
How do I know the numbers are right?
Every ledger line states its attribution window and links to the entity in Amazon Ads so you can check it there. Any figure the assistant shows carries the tool call it came from. Results from our own history are labelled as ours; your account gets its own holdout ledger.
Who is behind ACoSmate?
An Amazon PPC engine built for one brand over several years, rebuilt as a multi-account product by its author. Early access is by invitation while the first accounts are onboarded.
